Located in the serenity of the Northern California foothills, Skyway House first opened its doors in 1993 thanks to a man with a dream. Tommy Higgins and six of his newly recovering friends were determined to help those with chemical dependency concerns sustain recovery and maintain sobriety. All they had was a key to an abandoned house and a mission to help others. Together, they found a new way to live and, along the way, assisted countless other addicts and alcoholics in staying clean and sober as well. Their dream has been realized and, since then, the organization has improved the lives of thousands of people who wished to break free from the powerful grips of addiction.

Skyway Treatment & Detox Center offers hope to those who strive to recover from an addiction to substances by supplying holistic and evidence-based care that treats each client's mind, body, and spirit. As a CARF-Accredited recovery organization that is certified and licensed by the state of California, we offer a full continuum of care designed to support the individual in the recovery process.
